UI/UX Case Study : Users who have different backgrounds and interests by creating feature a groups
Oct 15, 2022

This project is part of the assessment when I participated in the independent campus batch 3 at Zenius.
Overview
Twitter is known as a platform that facilitates fast communication among friends, family, and colleagues. However, each individual has different interests and hobbies. The question is, should they follow content that does not align with their preferences? Of course not, right?
Problem
Because everyone has different preferences or interests, it is difficult to gather them to create a community with the same interests.
Challenges
Finding the right solution for creating new features and also redesigning to be simpler.
What I achieved in this project
I believe that the groups feature can be useful in a positive way, such as finding friends, hobbies that match preferences, and communities.
I have maximized simplifying the flow as much as possible so that users can easily navigate and also be accepted.
Solution
Creating a special group feature where users can create posts with the same interests as others.
Successes:
A visually appealing design.
A user-friendly experience.
Feedback:
Implementing a 'Save Post' feature to further enhance user engagement.
Design can be further improved.
Users still often miss-click.
